Whenever Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, opens her mouth during her incessant online videos of herself, she removes all doubt that a college education has little to do with intelligence.
In her latest Instagram video, AOC informs her millions of followers that anyone who avoids a Chinese restaurant during the coronavirus epidemic is automatically racist. Seriously. She said that. Here you go:
“Honestly it sounds almost so silly to say, but there’s (sic) a lot of restaurants that are feeling the pain of racism, where people are literally not patroning (sic) Chinese restaurants, they’re not patroning (sic) Asian restaurants because of just straight-up racism around the coronavirus.”
AOC’s tortured grammar is enough to make a grade school English teacher gag. But the content of her shallow remark is truly mindless.
It proves the wisdom in Scarecrow’s observation to Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz when he observed, “Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking, don’t they?”
