uth Bader Ginsburg, the enigmatic, longtime Supreme Court justice who attained near cult-like status among progressive circles, died Friday at the age of 87 from complications surrounding metastatic pancreatic cancer.

Ginsburg, who was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1993 by President Bill Clinton, was known for her soft-spoken demeanor that masked an analytical mind, a deep concern for the rights of every American and a commitment to upholding the Constitution.

Gregg Jarrett joined “Fox and Friends” to discuss the list of American jurists President Trump may be considering to fill Justice Ginsburg’s high court seat – you can watch the entire discussion above.

  1. You have got to be kidding-Biden says he WOULD NOT follow President Trump on anything he does when he is the one that has been playgiarizing POTUS & following him around like a DOG!

  2. Dems need to realize that RBG could have retired under Obama, even then being in her 80’s. But, she did not. Had they controlled their party, this pick could have been theirs and only RBG’s remaining until now is causing their pain.

  3. I don’t care what anybody thinks. We need a Supreme Court of an odd number that can definitively settle any election disputes. We are owed this as a republic.

  4. i cannot imagine the pain to the whole country that would be caused if the left had this pick!

  5. Biden one of the most CORRUPT has had many lucrative deals with COMMUNIST CHINA, with his son Hunter. Watch the documentary by Peter Schweizer “Riding the Dragon” tells the details. Biden is nothing but anothet lying hypocrite in the DEMOCRATIC PARTY. He is suffering from some type of dementia and doesn’t even know where he is most of the time.
