Gregg Jarrett joined ‘Hannity’ to discuss the latest in the Durham investigation which is now getting into salacious “conflict of interest” territory. Durham well knows that Hillary Clinton and her campaign invented, financed and disseminated the Russia hoax to smear her opponent, Donald Trump.
Durham’s latest court filing shows he’s focusing on members of her campaign who were sending and receiving phony information in the infamous Steele “dossier” and then spreading the fabricated information to the FBI and the media. It reads like a “who’s who” of Hillary’s rolodex –a cadre of her cronies and dirty-tricksters.
Steele’s primary source was Igor Danchenko who allegedly lied to the FBI. Durham has now discovered that Danchenko’s lawyers are the same lawyers who represent members of the Clinton campaign –a glaring conflict of interest. The special counsel wants the judge to explore and expose those conflicts. Imagine Danchenko’s lawyer cross-examining his firm’s own clients. It’s disqualifying.
Durham’s team argued the interests of the Clinton campaign and Danchenko “could potentially diverge in connection with any plea discussions, pretrial proceedings, hearings, trial, and sentencing proceedings.”
It’s not surprising that the Clinton campaign is trying to manipulate the legal system the same way it manipulated the media and the FBI to use false accusations against Trump. Comey’s FBI knew the “dossier” was fictive and that its author was not remotely credible. So, the FBI lied to the FISA Court and deceived the judges, perpetrating a fraud on the court and ruining the life of Trump adviser, Carter Page.
The FBI also exploited the phony “dossier” as a pretext to launch a dilating investigation of Trump, even though the bureau learned early on that there was no plausible evidence of “collusion” with Russia. All of this was hidden by the FBI from congress, the president, and the American people.
The gullible Trump-hating media accepted Hillary’s “collusion” narrative as if it was scripture without ever bothering to check its veracity or verifying the outrageous allegations contained in the “dossier.”
