Jarrett on ‘Hannity’: “Whistleblower’s” Right to “Anonymity” is a Myth

During an appearance on Hannity, on Fox News, Gregg Jarrett pointed out that the media and Democrats have been selling a lie to the public by saying that the “whistleblower” has the right to stay anonymous. The lawyer for the “whistleblower” along with the media and Democrats have continually stated that anyone who discloses the widely known name of the “whistleblower” is breaking federal law.

The narrow provision on the IG gives him the discretion to disclose or not disclose the identity of the whistleblower, but this applies to no one else.

Gregg astutely points out the “whistleblower” “doesn’t qualify as a whistleblower under the law. You have to meet two conditions — he doesn’t meet either one of them.

Don’t take my word for it, the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice as well as the acting director of national intelligence both said: “he is not a whistleblower under the law.”

The “whistleblower” is merely a highly partisan Democratic political hack who the media and the Democrats are protecting for their own political gain.
