An op-ed was just published in the New York Times, by reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly in order to promote their upcoming book “The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation.“ In the essay, they claim to have new details in their upcoming book which “describes several sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh, including a previously unreported claim that the FBI did not investigate during the judge’s contentious confirmation process.”

We all remember Christine Blasey Ford, a former high school classmate of Kavanaugh’s who was essentially bullied into testifying against the Supreme Court Justice nominee by the Democratic leadership. Ford attempted to discredit Kavanaugh by recounting a fuzzy memory with little detail about a drunken night at a high school house party when the two were teenagers. Just earlier this month, Ford’s attorney was caught on video admitting that Ford’s agenda was to impede on Kavanaugh’s nomination in order to protect abortion rights and Roe v. Wade.

The liberal media apparently does not want coverage of non-existent events to end. Times reporters Pogrebin and Kelly “detailed a previously unreported alleged incident…Another Yale classmate, Max Stier, who now heads a Washington nonprofit, told Congress and the FBI that he had witnessed Kavanaugh” with his pants down at another drunken dorm party. Some very bizarre details were recounted by Stier that seem to be unlikely to have occurred, let alone have witnessed.

Despite the strange recollection, the FBI did not investigate that allegation. Most importantly, the Times had to update the story and provide a correction to say that their book “did not include one element of the book’s account…the book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident.”

A few other things that the Times failed to mention? That Max Stier worked as a Clinton defense attorney and has previously quoted Kavanaugh as a “respected thoughtful leader” during the Whitewater investigation.
