President Trump fired off a heated letter to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi yesterday just hours before an impeachment vote; warning the top Democrat her party will likely face a public reckoning during the 2020 election.
In response, the House speaker condemned the letter as “sick” and “ridiculous.”
“I have no reaction. It’s ridiculous. I haven’t really fully read it. We’ve been working. I’ve seen the essence of it, though, and it’s really sick,” she said to reporters.
Pelosi didn’t specify exactly what part of the letter she thought was “ridiculous” and “sick,” although her reaction matches the left-wing media’s perfectly.
