President Trump is not guilty of “inciting an insurrection,” as Democrats allege. Not by a long shot. Take a moment to examine what Trump actually said to the crowd at the national mall. His words do not remotely constitute an impeachable offense or meet the legal definition of “incitement.” Here is what Trump said:
“I KNOW THAT EVERYONE HERE WILL SOON BE MARCHING OVER TO THE CAPITOL BUILDING TO PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD.”
Keep listening. Nowhere in Trump’s remarks did he advocate violence or destruction of property. He did not direct protesters to launch an assault on the Capitol building, breach security, riot, attack police, and engage in seditious conduct. Just the opposite —he called on them to act “peacefully.” So, what Trump said to the crowd was neither a crime nor an impeachable offense. Under the law, the crime of “incitement” requires the speaker to be clear, obvious, and unequivocal in directing and advocating violence.
Yes, Trump encouraged his supporters to march to the Capitol to support members of Congress who were challenging the electoral results. But encouraging a public demonstration is not the same thing as inciting criminal acts. If it were otherwise, hundreds of politicians and members of the media who cheered on the racial justice protests that turned into riots last summer would be behind bars.
But Democrats, in their rush to impeach, don’t care about the evidence that exonerates Trump. They are blinded by their hatred of Trump. They’re vindictive. They want their pound of flesh, and they’ll do it by hook or by crook… even if that means bastardizing both the law and the established constitutional standard of impeachment. They don’t care about the damage they’ll do to future presidents by diminishing the grounds for impeachment.
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are treating impeachment like it’s “instant coffee” or “instant rice.” It’s not. It is supposed to be a careful, determined, and deliberative procedure that embraces the fundamental rights of due process. But Democrats are abandoning their own rules that call for hearings, the presentation of evidence, the right to counsel, and a defense presented by the President. They want to impeach Trump without any of those due process safeguards.
Congress is now like the Wild West. Rabid Democrats want to exact the equivalent of “Frontier Justice” —”let’s hold the hanging now, and worry about evidence, proof, and a trial later!”

I am shocked that you with your expertise and reasoning knowledge, that you have been unable to see the clear evidence of voter fraud. Even states had sent dual electors and PA had asked congress to send back to them the electors for them to look into due to the fraud they had found but too late since they had been on recess. Based on Trump’s ways I think you have fallen into the same trap as the left. Trump’s outrage over this election full of fraud is exactly like mine. Its not about him. We should not have such a sloppy mindset and should demand the results be accurate! There’s also ample evidence that inciting people was done by bad actors and members of extremist groups at the capitol entrances. There have been multiple analyses of videos and noting cooperation between the bad actors while the crowd waited for some ability to advance. The maga people were actually pulling down the antifa member who was striking the glass with a break in tool. They pulled him away and shouted at him calling out antifa and telling him no and telling him stop.
So the story here is that extremist groups breached the capitol and some doors were opened unto them from inside. The question is who financed the extremists? There’s also more to the story about spec ops occurring simultaneously to obtain laptop computers from offices.

Martin Luther King always called on his followers to “peacefully protest”, yet most times the protest turned violet and there was bloodshed. Think about this and how Martin Luther King is glorified as a HERO of Civil Rights. Did Congress make MLK responsible for those that went to far and used violence. Of course not. Instead, MLK has his own holiday of remembrance, streets and schools are named for him.

A court can hang a person. This is called capital punishment and is only after a long a lengthy, considerate procedure following due process. Police investigate and talk to witnesses. They give their information to the district attorney who looks at the evidence and directs further investigation . The DA then determines how the law applies to the situation and then charges a suspect. The suspect then can gather evidence and with their defense attorney prepare present their side of the case. Then the case goes before a jury. Or a mob can just hang a person based on their limited knowledge. This is called lynching. The rush to impeachment sure looks a lot more like a lynching than our legal process.
The riot at the capitol was not simple. What I’m about to share are little snapshots of what happened and my opinion formed by my intelligence guided by experience. This is a theory. Note, I make no excuses for riotous behavior. This was wrong and shameful.
In context, since March there have been peaceful marches to protest the death of George Floyd followed by riots with attacks on police, murders of civilians, looting, and arson of many buildings and an entire car lot. During this day in day out riots where often police were told to stand down, Democrats were supportive and for two months Joe Biden said nothing against the actions. Across the country DAs dropped charges against rioters including for serious felonies. Some of these DAs were assisted in getting into their position by large donations from George Soros. This fact can be looked at as coincidence by some.
First, it is non-sensible to say that President Trump encouraged the riot. This is repeated over and over but that doesn’t make it true. There is video of Trump’s speech but those who say that Trump incited the riot don’t even play a short segment of the speech. They just say their lie without any basis and repeat it. What he did say was ‘Some of you will go to the capitol and peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.’
At the capitol building the shameful pushing on barriers and rushing up to the capitol started before Trump started to speak. Counting the walking time between locations people that left after Trump’s speech arrives at the Capitol more than an hour after the riot began. Since there were speakers after President Trump most of the crowd were still at the Ellipse when news came out that there was a riot at the capitol.
The Washington Post has reported that the outgoing Capitol Police Chief, Steve Sund, believes his efforts to secure the premises were undermined by a lack of concern from House and Senate security officials who answer directly to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate leader Mitch McConnell. The National Pulse can also report the Washington Post’s timeline proves it was impossible for Trump speech attendees to have made it to the Capitol in time for the breach.
At the Capitol building security was very thin. The DC Mayor had refused the offer of help from the FBI and the DOJ. Chief Sund had a conference call with Pentagon officials and officials from the D.C. government. He said on the call: “I am making an urgent, urgent immediate request for National Guard assistance… I have got to get boots on the ground.” But the request was denied.
Skip forward a little. One video shows a Capitol Police officer waving people towards the Capitol building after the barriers were breached. What’s up with that? At the Capital itself you can put together two videos to get an even stranger picture. One video shows the rioters breaking in glass at a window and a couple people jump in. This video up to that point was shown over and over on television. On the same video as the camera pans to the right you see, 15 feet away, people lined up in an orderly fashion walking through double doors and there are 5 Capitol Police officers standing with their backs to the walls of the hallway as the orderly group walks through. They are standing calmly as if it were a normal day and a group of tourists from Podunk, Iowa were entering the Capitol. Another video shows this calm procession and pans to the right. There, lined up in the grass about 50 feet away, there are at least 40 Capitol Police officers lined up shoulder to shoulder. Is there an explanation for this scene?
Inside the Capitol some people wander around and the thugs and bad actors start the stupidity of staging photos, pushing against police officers etc. A line of police forms while behind then some “protestors” seem to wander around. Police form up even more and start to push the protestors out even as others are wandering in unaware of what is happening. As the police push forward the crowd is pushed back including at least one police officer who was shown being squished against a window. Sadly, an officer shoots through a door killing a female protestor and adding to the chaos. I believe the officer was nervous and against training had his finger on the trigger and accidently discharged his pistol. Video of the idiot rioter in Nancy Pelosi’s office shows the office doors were not damaged. The rioters just walked in as if invited.
As I try to make sense of this situation I can eliminate some things. Allowing the rioters into the capitol was not the result of Capitol Police officers showing support for the rioters. These officers would face grave dangers to protect those they are sworn to protect, but they would not let even one rioter into the building knowing that it would be filmed and would in the least result in their career being destroyed. I also think it was not incompetence. These are trained officers with experienced leadership. If the barriers around the outside of the building showed signs of being breached the building could be locked down the same as it is every night at closing time. That building is a fortress. Then if someone is trying to break in a window only two or three officers could easily stop any breach of the building at that site. So what I am left with is that there was a decision made to allow a large number of protestors/rioters into the building and only then were police officers organized in force to push them out. This was done to use the breach of the Capitol building as a political curmudgeon against President Donald Trump. The anti-Trump media and anti-Trump politicians then jump at the chance to attack President Trump in his last 2 weeks in office. Nothing else makes sense.
All of these leftists are terrified of the MAGA. The truth does hurt. They are the ones that have incited the violence and have been doing it for decades. They will not win!!!!! We will prove their acts of treason. We all see it we just need the documentation of it. They will be toast.
